Crispy Cauliflower delight!

Crispy Cauliflower Delight is a real snack food in case you want to try it on a sunny Wintry evening with Coffee or Tea.


  • Cauliflower florets ( 1 big cauliflower)
  • 2 medium Chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp black soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cumin powder
  • coarsely chopped coriander leaves
  • 6-7 tbsp mustard oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lemon


Step 1

Mix onions, ginger garlic paste well in a mixer grinder.

Step 2

Marinade cauliflower florets with the onion- ginger- garlic mixture. Sprinkle black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, black Soy sauce,salt, flour on top. Saute everything well with your own soft hands. These baby cauliflowers are more than a simple thing to envy. Leave the mixture intact for next 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 3

Put a Kadai on medium flame and add generous amount of mustard oil.

Step 4

When the oil starts leaving crackling sound , add baby florets one by one. Be cautious to check that they do not get stick to each other. You want them to have as small pieces into your palate.

Step 5

Fry the florets until they turn mild brown.

Step 6

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top for the sake of garnishing along with a 1/2 lemon.
