- 2 tbsp of ginger paste
- 2 big tomatoes

Shallow fry prawns and keep them aside.
On the same oil add potatoes and german turnips(boiled) and toss them well that they turn light brown. Put them aside.
time to add chopped onions into the pan on a medium heat. Stir them generously.
Grind cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, ginger , garlic together. Add cumin seed, tomatoes and a little bit of water. Make a fine paste altogether.
Thin paste along with nice aromatics goes into the pan. Mix the onions and paste together. Wait till the spices leave oil on top of them. Throw green chilies into it.
Next step would be to sprinkle red chili powder along with turmeric powder and salt.
German turnip, potatoes jump into the mixture first. After stirring them for next 2 minutes add fried prawns into it.
Put 2- 3 cups of water for simmering the ingredients.
Add 2 tsp of ghee on top during garnishing. Coriander leaves could be added on top but both of these are optional.I am glad to go without none and eat with hot rice.
