All viewers of the recipe might be wondering thinking I would copy another tasty Italian Pasta recipe and I am putting a straightforward no to it. No white sauce, no Italian native ingredients…just plain homemade pasta recipe with Tomato and Chili sauce.

There is a big question. Is pasta healthy for kids? The answer is certainly a no but this no does not carry the fact that we are going serve the dish for only once or twice in a week as a part of healthy breakfast for kids. Pasta is made up from refined wheat flour and gram flour. During the refining process a lot of healthy quotients like vitamins, minerals, fiber etc. The positive is iron and few other minerals are added back to it during the manufacturing process.
