Recently I discovered the array of benefits vegetables can produce to make our body ‘healthy and fit‘ forever. Now there should be a striking chord between the number of different vegetables to be taken in order to yield the best possible nutrition. Mixed Vegetables is a simple, sweet and tasty way to imbibe and acknowledge the enormous nutritional benefits vegetables can produce.

I know Cooksocial has been instrumental to taech and educate the mass to choose the healthy way to live life happily ever after. Believe me, I could not find a simpler way to explain how our bodies crave for something healthy yet delicious which will not be a pain in the neck; yet fulfills the energy or fitness required to spend each day under grueling pressure. Monotonous activities have led us to nowhere while we are pounding a ton of fat upon us taking up stress day by day. I heard someone to tell me that frustration often results into greater inactivity; it would be apt to consider the the ill effects of obesity here. Mixed vegetables opens up a wide range of paths to eat vegetables in disguise of several tasty and colorful dishes. They say recipes which look good from outside, often encourage visitors to jump into them without knowing if they taste good or even awfully horrifying. Just kidding:) I always cook dishes keeping in mind yin yang, the Chinese concept which indicates the importance of balance in taste and flavor in a single recipe to make it popular under any circumstances. It really helps buddy! I used more than ten vegetables in the Mixed Vegetable recipe. You may add another five to it if you like:). Just remember the vegetables should go well with each other while eating them together . Another thing worth mentioning for the recipe  is the boiling point of each vegetable and its taste before and after reaching the boiling point. This prevents the vegetables to get under or over cooked as well as guarantees the best taste in a healthy nutritional way awaiting !
