My inspiration for the recipe comes from different shows hosted by NDTV Goodtimes, Zee Khana Khazana and Food Food. As we all know Oatmeal got too many nutritional values – reducing Cholesterol and Blood Pressure, curbing weight gain, preventing oxidation of arteries, preventing type 2 diabetes etc. , quick oatmeal breakfast is an easy way to explore this wonderful low fat diet. Generally we do not wish to invest too much time cooking breakfast recipes. I used to remain acquainted with more than three to four tasks at a time during early morning which prompted me to use carrots, green beans, onions, spring onions, cauliflower florets, Broccoli florets, Bell peppers – anything and everything (veggies) with this healthy and gluten free diet oatmeal and prepare a short and simple low fat and high carbohydrate breakfast.

A very few recipes offer low fat dietary components. Oatmeal is definitely the most popular and craving name in this category. Double toned milk is often preferred with oatmeal recipes. I resisting  myself from using any sort of milk and I wish to get the wonderful tastes of colorful vegetables we get during winter. During summertime, milk could be a good option to accompany this healthy diet. Different sweet and sour tastes of vegetables combined with not so tasteful yet high on carbohydrate oatmeal yield quick sumptuous  breakfast in less than 17 minutes. Here we go:
