Easy tasty chicken recipes are just worth remembering every time I think something to cook for my family. Most of time, you do not have ample time to experiment with new ingredients, creative touches and you still need to offer simple delicious chicken recipes that the table gets warm and smell awesome in front of your humble guests. Now chicken is a regular and easily obtainable option for Indian cooking. I firmly prefer chicken over mutton or lamb because of its low level of fat consumption compared to others. Coriander seeds are a must for Indian kitchen but for this recipe I chose to stay with Coriander leaves for just two considerable reasons. First and foremost it creates a heavy green colored gravy and secondly it adds a wonderful sweet yet sober aroma to the recipe.
Easy boneless chicken recipes are most wanted among Indians, however I like to chew the legs and small bones here and there present in chicken. So using chicken with bones is my first choice in this case but if you would like to get rid of the bones, just do so. All the way this will stand as best recipe for chicken in homemade style.
